You will sail through the maze of the American Thousand Islands before stopping at Boldt Castle, where you will travel back in time to explore the romantic legend associated with it. The magnificent return journey will take you among the Canadian Thousand Islands aboard the most spacious and iconic passenger boats of the St. Lawrence River.
Please note that you must bring your passport for this trip, and the visit requires a significant amount of walking and stairs, with no access to elevators or ramps.

Entry requirements for the United States:
It is your responsibility to obtain all the necessary documents according to your nationality (visa, entry fees, authorization form for a minor, etc.) before your departure.
As of October 1, 2022, a citizen who holds a non-Canadian passport must absolutely fill out an ESTA form online at least 72 hours before departure. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
This form is mandatory to enter the United States and you will be automatically denied access to the United States if it is not duly completed and approved.
You must present your passport and required documents to your tour guide when boarding the bus, otherwise you will be denied access. No refund or recourse against Voyages Gendron will be possible.
Itinerary:
AM: Departure according to your boarding point. Bring snacks, as lunch is scheduled for around 2 PM.
Arrival in Rockport, passport verification, and boarding the cruise.
12 PM: Departure of the cruise on board the Heart of the 1000 Islands boat. During this wonderful cruise, you will sail through the maze of American Thousand Islands before stopping at Boldt Castle and Singer Castle. You will be amazed by the beautiful landscape of the Canadian Thousand Islands while enjoying a ride on the most spacious and iconic passenger boats on the Saint Lawrence.
12:30 PM: Disembark at Boldt Castle for an audio-guided tour (app download required). Located on Heart Island, Boldt Castle, the grandest of all mansions of its time, offers a glimpse into one of the most captivating love stories in history. An eternal monument to a man’s love for his wife.
2 PM: Back on board, the cruise continues along houses from a bygone era while enjoying a delicious picnic lunch.
3:30 PM: Participate in a guided tour of the rooms and gardens of Singer Castle. Located on Dark Island, discover the history and mystery of Singer Castle. The wonders of the island and the castle unfold upon arrival. Originally called The Towers, it was built by the self-made millionaire Fredrick Bourne for his family as a hunting retreat completed in 1904.
5 PM: Board the ship once again to enjoy even more of the magnificent 1000 Islands.
6 PM: End your day by returning to the docks in Rockport. Present yourself to Canadian Customs.
Evening: Disembark at your starting point.
