Entry requirements for the United States:
It is your responsibility to obtain all the necessary documents according to your nationality (visa, entry fees, authorization form for a minor, etc.) before your departure.
As of October 1, 2022, a citizen who holds a non-Canadian passport must absolutely fill out an ESTA form online at least 72 hours before departure. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
This form is mandatory to enter the United States and you will be automatically denied access to the United States if it is not duly completed and approved.
You must present your passport and required documents to your tour guide when boarding the bus, otherwise you will be denied access. No refund or recourse against Voyages Gendron will be possible.

The guide will give you all the information and details you need to travel by coach, as well as procedures and rules to comply with public health regulations.

Arrival in New York.
Top of the Rock observatory
First part of the walking city tour with your guide to Times Square (heart of New York City and its famous giant neon signs). Your guide will show you around Times Square and the New York Public Library.
Free lunch ($) and free time.
Take advantage of your guide’s suggestions to discover the many stores, restaurants and entertainment venues in the streets of Times Square.
In the early evening, meet the coach at the corner of 9th Avenue and 46th Street.
N.B. The departure time for the return trip to the hotel will be determined by the arrival time in New York, in accordance with the new regulations on drivers’ hours of service. Please pay close attention to this information, which will be given to you by your tour leader.

If there is more than one person in a group on this trip, to ensure that you are on the same coach, we recommend that you depart from the same point of embarkation and make reservations for all passengers at the same time.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Final payment must be made 45 days prior to departure date and is non-refundable. For any reservation made 45 days or less before the departure date, the total payment is required and is non-refundable. Name changes are possible at no charge if made 48 hours or more before departure.
