Prepare to be amazed as fairytales come to life before your very eyes. We’ll visit the Louis S. St-Laurent historic site and the Coaticook Dairy, two local heritage treasures. At the Laiterie, you’ll have the opportunity to discover their craftsmanship, learning all about the manufacture of renowned dairy products and the crucial role these establishments play in the community.

2:30 PM | Arrival at the Louis-S. St-Laurent National Historic Site.
During the guided tour, see the birthplace of former Prime Minister of Canada Louis St-Laurent. The site includes the family home, his father’s former general store, the warehouse, and several objects that belonged to him, providing testimony to the era in which the former Prime Minister lived.
4:15 PM | Tasting at the Coaticook Dairy.
One of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Quebec. Enjoy a delicious soft or hard ice cream cone of your choice, along with a 50g bag of cheese curds.
5:30 PM | Group dinner (included)
9 PM (July) or 8 PM (August) | Start of the illuminated and immersive night trail Foresta Lumina, in the Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook.
Steep trails, over 2.6 km hike. Make sure you have good walking shoes.
