Introduction of Mandatory ETIAS Permit for Travels to Europe
Starting mid-2025, every Canadian traveler planning to visit Europe will be required to possess an ETIAS permit. This is the European Travel Information and Authorization System, implemented by the European Union.

Please note that this permit costs 7 euros per person, and the process can take up to 30 days for approval.
It is also mandatory to have a passport that remains valid for at least 3 months after your departure date from Europe. Without this, entry at the European border will be denied.

Guided tour of Zagreb, the political, economic and cultural capital of Croatia. Guided discovery of the great buildings of the nineteenth century and the beautiful parks of the city center that give the city a special charm: main square Ban Jelacic, the Gothic cathedral.

The city of Pula known for its 1st century Roman amphitheater, Augustus temple and the door of Sergius. Guided tour of Pula, lunch ($) and free time in the city. Continuing to Rovinj. A rich, natural site, the place showcases trees that have resisted to storms over the centuries. Back to Opatija. Dinner and hotel.
Breafast at the hotel. Plitvice National Park is the most famous natural reserve of Croatia. With its 16 lakes linked by waterfalls it’is now protected as a UNESCO natural heritage. Visit with a local guide, lunch ($) and continuing to Zadar.

Zadar, a great fortified city of Dalmatia, is surrounded by the sea on three sides. Zadar is also one of Croatia’s oldest city. City tour, lunch ($) et free time. Continuing to Šibenik. Night in Vodice.

Šibenik is a city that thas kept its medieval centre, with its alleys and stairs, overshadowed by a fortress and St. Jacques’ cathedral. Put on UNESCO’s heritage list in 2001, it has a certain charm. Guided tour of the old city. Leaving for Krka National Park. Visit of “Skradinski buk”, the famous part of Krka waterfalls. Night in Vodice.

Discovering the mouths of Kotor and Montenegro’s coast. Arriving in Perast, boarding a boat and visit of the island of Notre-Dame-du-Rocher – artificial island built by Perast inhabitants, starting in the 15th century. Continuing to Kotor, listed as a UNESCO’s World Heritage in 1979. Back to Slano.
