Admire this ancient city, which over the years has moved 7 kilometres inland from the Aegean Sea. Travel back in time and discover the temple dedicated to the goddess Artemis – one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World – and the city's numerous other marble monuments. Lunch in the town of Selçuk and discover Isa Bey Mosque and the Basilica of St John, which dominates the ruins of the ancient Ionian city.

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Low-density Training

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Vibhava Yoga

Immerse yourself in the world of Yoga with this complete, varied and accessible practice designed by Heberson. Work on muscles, joint flexibility, breathing and concentration. The sequence of exercises, postures, moments of relaxation and meditation constitutes the basis of the courses.

Bows, arrow, lines of sights, targets... learn all you need to know to be a real archer! The lesson has 3 parts: - safety information and familiarising yourself with the equipment. - teaching and practice: agility and concentration. - debriefing.

PADI Open Water

Stratonikeia in Caria: parade of civilisations

Over a period of 2,000 years, the city of Stratonikeia was populated by the Romans then the Greeks, before becoming part of the Ottoman Empire. The ruins of Eskihisar make for a fascinating visit - the numerous Ottoman houses were built with stone retrieved from ancient monuments. As you explore the ruins of this abandoned city, you’ll discover a number of archaeological digs where Roman monuments are being excavated.
