Caraíva

Caraíva is a coastal and riparian community located at the southern tip of Porto Seguro. Fixed population of 1000 inhabitants. Charming villa located between the Caraíva river and the sea, Caraíva delights upon arrival with a canoe ride. It offers all the infrastructure of inns, tents and bars. The highlight is being able to bathe in the river and the sea when you are on the edge of town.

The Mirror Beach

Located between the villages of Trancoso and Caraíva, Praia do Espelho is considered one of the most enchanting beaches in the south of Bahia. Come relax on this perfect beach, which brings together gigantic cliffs, coconut trees and wonderful blue waters that form beautiful natural pools.

High Intensity Training

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Low-density Training

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body and work your deep muscles with Pilates. Stretch your muscles and gain flexibility with stretching. To finish the day, find some calm with a little meditation at sunset.

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for: - Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded - Let's roll! : where team spirit wins by moving balls and crossing the finishing line - Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses. Ninja bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. These activities are designed for different age groups, fill the days and support children in discovering their strengths, with group games and fun for all.

Jaqueira Indigenous Village

The contact with Brazilian origins is promoted through the encounter with the Pataxós indigenous tribe. The tour takes place in the heart of the villages so that visitors can get to know these people closely and participate with them in various native activities such as rituals, archery and the opportunity to taste local cuisine.

What about diving into the water to tone your figure? With this aquafitness class in the swimming pool, you will perform a series of gentle exercises to shape your body. You will feel light in the water as you make toning, flowing movements to the rhythm of the music.

Waterpolo

Dive in and elbow your way into position to angle the ball into the floating net. With splashes and shouts of encouragement and joy, the water comes to life with your jumps, passes and shots on goal. The pool becomes a playing field for fun, energetic games.
