Holiday for the parents and no need to think about anything the whole time you are here. Tino T&T cocktails all the way
This is our 3rd Club Med holiday. We have done France, Mauritius and here. We have 4 boys aged 7 to 13. It is a top notch holiday for everyone including the parents not having to think about food 4 times a day. We have a sone with coeliac , the staff are fantastic and go out of the way to help. Rooms are great. Facilities are great. Food as a buffet that changed menu 3 times a day.7 days a week is amazing. People complaining on here about terible food and chaos with kids running around are obviously massive Karens and should shove off to another holiday by themselves maybe in a cave somewhere. There are more young families with little kids on this holiday than others we have been to but obviously suites the Aussie market as 90%of people here are from Australia. Unfortunately a few sick kids with gastro but that van happen to any resort anytime and does not mean that is the standard... its not. Its called an outlier. Best bit of it all Tino and solid super dude behind the bar that made us his secret cocktail the T&T... the Best. Slurp that thing down in one gushbor sip it slowly. Had everyone enquiring where to get one. See Tino and ask for his Special Cocktail. Great holiday.great activities for kids. Great value. Great food. Whinges will whinge about anything and everything.

We had really high expectations and sadly this place is not for us. I can see the appeal if you have young kids. We travelled as a family of 4 and our kids are 12 & 9. To enjoy a meal you had to eat outside of peak times which didn’t give you long to eat. In peak times kids are running around everywhere, pushing in, touching food and generally causing chaos. Our room was a suite and it was amazing and I’m so glad we had the room as we spent a lot of time in the room sick. If you are headed here soon bring all the medicines you need, this place is a hive of germs and there is nowhere to get any supplies when you are sick. Less than 48 hours in my daughter got gastro. There are so many people sick here! I think the hotel needs to step up the cleaning of surfaces with super strong products. Given the outbreak of illness I didn’t see anyone cleaning communal areas and wiping down surfaces. Plenty of staff providing hand sanitizer but unfortunately that’s not going to help in an outbreak. We enjoyed the skiing and the runs on tomamu. And lines were very short. Definitely won’t come back but I can see the appeal for some families.

**Overpriced and Overrated Experience**
**Overpriced and Overrated Experience** I found my stay to be disappointing, particularly given the high expectations set by the hotel's ratings. The buffet and nightly shows were below average, falling short of what I had anticipated. My experience with the snowboarding instruction was particularly frustrating. On my first day, I signed up for SB3 and felt I completed it well. However, the next day, with a different instructor, the experience was far from satisfactory. Instead of teaching, he seemed more interested in enjoying his own ride, offering no guidance and moving too quickly for me to keep up. Although he moved me to SB2 for "safety," this downgrade was understandable however, when i was with SB2 I found that I had already mastered most of the tricks covered in that class. A friend in SB3 shared with me that her instructor was equally unhelpful, being pushy and providing no instructions or tips. He even took them on off-peak tree runs, which I believe should only be for SB4 students. It seemed clear that he preferred to enjoy his time rather than focus on teaching. This experience was unacceptable for a hotel that touts luxury and includes classes in its pricing. While some might suggest opting for private lessons, I believe that with the premium I paid, I should be able to utilize the group lessons included in my package. Additionally, I found the class divisions for snowboarding insufficient. The differences between skill levels, especially among beginners, SB1, and SB2, can vary greatly. In summary, if you're considering this hotel for its food and classes, I would not recommend it. You can find far better options in Japan, especially in Hokkaido, for the same price.

Best skiing holiday ever.
This holiday has been excellent and I am sad that we have to leave so soon. The teens club was great esspecially with Mathew. Mathew is really nice but also super funny. He is totaly Ammmmaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazziiiinnnggggggg,!!! And me and my friends will never forget him.

I love snowboarding and the teens club, it is amazinggggg and the runs are so good. the food at the buffet is so yummy and amazingggggg matthew is so nice and is amaaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzinggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg
