Here are some walks you can do with family or friends, for all levels of ability. - Forêt Gourmande. An easy outing combining walking and sampling local produce. Easy level. 3 km. 2h30 - Le Villageois. Discover Petite-rivière-Saint-François and Le Massif de Charlevoix. 8 km. 2h30 - La Promenade. Take a family trip to the forest and visit a maple grove, also known as a sugar shack. Easy level. 3 km. 1h30 - Le Buton. Explore the summit of Le Massif de Charlevoix, around the hillock and enjoy panoramic views of the river. 3.5 km. 2h30

High Intensity Training

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Low-density Training

Included

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Fun activities

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for: - Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded - Let's roll! : where team spirit wins by moving balls and crossing the finishing line - Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses. Ninja bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. These activities are designed for different age groups, fill the days and support children in discovering their strengths, with group games and fun for all.

Whale Watching

Seasonality : May to October Discover the magnificent Kingdom of Whales located in the Charlevoix region and explore its enchanting sites and landscapes. Upon your arrival in Baie-Sainte-Catherine, you board a cruise boat specially designed for whale watching. A naturalist guide specializing in the life of mammals invite you to discover the different species present in the St. Lawrence estuary.

Hiking for sporty people

Included

For more experienced hikers, there are a number of more "sporty" routes: - Le Forestier. Walk through a maple grove and then cross the mixed forest, which offers 2 beautiful views of the St Lawrence River. 3.5 km. 2h30 - La Butte ronde. A steady climb through a maple grove to reach some fine viewpoints. 7.2 km. 2h30 - Les Cascades. Hike along the Petite-Rivière-Saint-François and admire the different viewpoints of the waterfalls. 5 km for 2 hrs 30 - Le Lugeron. Continue on a winding route with views of Mont a Liguori. 6 km. 2h30 - Les Crêtes: from the summit of Le Massif de Charlevoix, this descent on foot is fairly technical and offers some sublime views. 7.2 km. 2h30. - Harricana: this outing follows the famous Harricana trail. A picnic break is scheduled at the Abbatis refuge. 12 km. Whole day. - La Grande Boucle: this long hike along a path which has existed for generations includes an extraordinary ascent. 18 km. Whole day.

Sit back and enjoy the show: your children are about to take to the stage. Depending on the Resort, there might be dancing, singing, circus acts and more. Your little ones take centre stage, costumed and directed by their G.Os. When the crowd applauds, you can feel the pride in the room.

The Resort pool is there for you to use all day long. Whether it's a place of calm solitude for a relaxing morning swim or ringing with laughter as you splash about with loved ones, there are so many ways to enjoy the pool.

Circus group lessons

Sea Kayak

Enjoy a unique kayak trip in the company of a guide. The guide will explain the magic of the region to you as you paddle along, covering the geology of the sites visited and the history and wildlife of the local area. A rewarding and enriching experience.

Canyon de la Grande Pointe

A new course has been developed in Grande-Pointe Creek. The experience includes a gondola (when gondola is available) ascend that ends at mid-mountain (inter-station), from where access to the route will be on foot.

Canyon of the Massif

The start of the course is located at the intersection of the stream and the toboggan trail, about 200 meters above sea level. The longest route ends at the old hydroelectric power station of the river. Access and exit are via the Ancestral trail.

Open-air tour of Quebec City

Quebec City Shuttle

Subject to availability This bus tour takes you to Old Quebec, the city's charming historic neighbourhood. You will be able to see the city's main points of interest: the famous Château Frontenac, the Dufferin Terrace and the ramparts while listening to the history of Quebec and learning about its culture. The bus stops at Place Royale, where time is set aside for a stroll through the cobbled streets of the historic quarter. From the bus, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and get a unique glimpse of the city.

Parc National de la Malbaie Black Bear Observation

Excursion suspended until further notice A complete change of scenery in the forest on a family estate close to La Malbaie National Park. You'll be greeted by an experienced guide who will teach you all about black bear behavior, habitat and habits. From the top of a watchtower, in complete safety and sheltered from the elements, you'll have the chance to observe and photograph this impressive mammal from a distance of less than 20 meters.

Parc National de la Malbaie Boat & Hike

Excursion suspended until further notice Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie is one of the highest rock faces east of the Rockies! The sheer drop in elevation, the beauty of the scenery and the unique course of the Malbaie River make this an enchanting site. Come on a journey to the heart of Menaud country, where time stands still, but the show goes on. This national park has the privilege of being one of the core areas of the Charlevoix Biosphere Reserve. During this excursion, you'll have the chance to take a guided fly-boat cruise. You'll also have time for a few easy hikes. Please visit the excursion desk at your arrival in the village to validate your date and time of excursion. Excursions are subject to cancellation or modification depending on the number of guests participating.
