High Intensity Training

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Training Soft

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Authentic Antalya

This flourishing city is renowned for its dazzling beauty and history. As he takes you round the historic city centre, your guide will point out the most notable Ottoman houses and Roman ruins. You'll have free time to wander in the shade of the ramparts and labyrinth of narrow streets leading to the old port, where you'll find plenty of choice for your souvenir shopping.

Cruise and Phaselis

Relax as you sail along the turquoise coast in the shade of the sails of a traditional wooden caïque. When Phaselis comes into sight, the boat will drop anchor in the middle of three small bays. After visiting the Roman and Byzantine ruins dotted around this idyllic site, it's back onto the boat for a picnic of Turkish specialities and a swim in a creek to round off the day.

The Lost Cities of Myra and Kekova.

Sail past the sunken city of Simena and admire the unique sight of the abandoned fortress. Discover the famous Lycean necropolis and swim in the crystal clear waters of Kekova Bay. After lunch, visit the Church of St Nicholas, where the original Father Christmas welcomed pilgrims and visitors in Roman times. End the day at Myra, with its huge Greco-Roman theatre surrounded by Lycian tombs with rock paintings dating from the 5th century BC.

4x4 Safari

You'll wind your way up through the Taurus Mountains through pine forests and villages perched in the foothills of Tahtali Mountain. From your seat in the 4x4 you'll have a fabulous panorama. As you round a bend over 1,000 metres high, the village of Gedelme comes into sight. A walk through the narrow streets of this typical village will take you to the ancient plane tree and castle. The people of Gedelme are extremely friendly, and you'll have the chance to taste the traditional tea and bread, before enjoying a refreshing swim in the river.

Cable car

Climb to the top of the highest mountain on the Turkish coast. You'll leave the sea behind and climb to the sky in the Mount Tahtali cable car that takes you to the highest summit of the Taurus Mountains, at 2,365 metres. You'll enjoy a magnificent view over the Bay of Antalya.

The Cotton Castles of Pamukkale

At Pamukkale, nature has created a spectacular Cotton Castle with fairytale formations. The mineral salts in the water form strangely petrified, dazzling white walls. You can also enjoy the benefits of the hot springs, discovered and used back in Roman times for their therapeutic virtues. The sight of Hierapolis rising up from the cotton fields will also take you back to Roman times, with necropoles, temples, churches, thermal baths and a theatre, revealing the secrets of this once grandiose city.

A team of professionals, offers you à la carte lessons enabling you to discover the techniques of scuba diving: introductory lesson, beginner's lessons in the pool, diving by the day, and for more experienced divers, the chance to pass your certifications. Departure by boat from the Club Med snorkelling pontoon. Type of diving: from an anchored boat. Number of spots: 7. Transfer time one way: between 10 and 30 minutes. Flora and Fauna: diving on wrecks, shoals of fish. Depth: 5 to 30 metres.
