High Intensity Training

Included

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Training Soft

Included

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Fun activities

Included

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for: - Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded - Let's roll! : where team spirit wins by moving balls and crossing the finishing line - Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses. Ninja bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. These activities are designed for different age groups, fill the days and support children in discovering their strengths, with group games and fun for all.

Archery group classes

Included

Bows, arrow, lines of sights, targets... learn all you need to know to be a real archer! The lesson has 3 parts: - safety information and familiarising yourself with the equipment. - teaching and practice: agility and concentration. - debriefing.

Flying trapeze group lessons

Included

Fly through the air and make your first "catch". Those with more experience will work on their return and improve their "weap" and "lay out". Each lesson has 3 parts: - warm up. - teaching and practice. - debriefing and cool down. This activity is proposed only in Summer, from 28 April to 6 Nov yearly (dates may vary slightly in accordance to the start of Japan Golden Week till 1st week of November yearly) and depending on weather conditions. Please check in with resort.

Tennis group lessons

Game, set and match: discover the ins and outs of tennis! Teaching and practice, tailored to your level, technical foundations and tactics: forehand, backhand, lob, passing shot, slice, serve...

There's never been so many ways to learn to make the water your playground! Teaching and practice, tailored to your level: balance, using the wind, techniques... Activity dependent on daily weather and tide conditions.

Snorkeling

A mask, a snorkel and some flippers...that is all you need to get an eyeful of beauty. Jump in the boat and head for the perfect spot and swim along the surface of this life-sized aquarium we call the sea. In these shallow waters, admire colourful fish and the coral reefs which live here.

The Resort pool is there for you to use all day long. Whether it's a place of calm solitude for a relaxing morning swim or ringing with laughter as you splash about with loved ones, there are so many ways to enjoy the pool. Lifeguard on duty from May to October only.

Family show time

Included

Sit back and enjoy the show: your children are about to take to the stage. Depending on the Resort, there might be dancing, singing, circus acts and more. Your little ones take centre stage, costumed and directed by their G.Os. When the crowd applauds, you can feel the pride in the room.

With a spacious design, this kayak is perfect for unforgettable outings with friends and family, offering plenty of room for everyone to join in the fun out in the sea. Sunset Yoga

This gentle relaxation method combines the physical and the spiritual to reconcile your body and mind. Come to the mat to flow through poses and practice breathing techniques. This racket sport for singles or doubles play is a great way to relax or get a workout. Try to maximise your volleys as you strike the shuttlecock, hitting deep shots and running and leaping to return it: the idea is to score. And to have fun!

Glass boat

The emerald sea against a blue sky, fine white sands and shoreline forests all make Kabira Bay one of the greatest spots for natural beauty on Ishigaki Island . There's an observation spot that provides a breathtaking view of the bay and its small islands. There is plenty to see at ground level too. But the best way to see the bay up-close is on one of the bay's glass-bottomed boats.

Kohama Island

Kohama Island (Yaeyama: Kumoo, Okinawan: Kubama) is an island in the Yaeyama Islands group at the southwestern end of the Ryukyu Islands chain, and part of Taketomi, Yaeyama District, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. The island has an area of 7.84 km2 (3.03 sq mi), with a surrounding area of 16.6 km2 (6.4 sq mi). The island is located about 25 minutes by ferry from Ishigaki Island.
