High Intensity Training

Fly through the air and make your first "catch". Those with more experience will work on their return and improve their "Knee hang" and "Hocksoff". And also: tightrope, juggling, trampoline. Each lesson has 3 parts: - warm up. - teaching and practice. - debriefing and cool down.

West Nusa Penida

Very early in the morning pick up for a short drive to Sanur harbor, embark on a boat trip to Nusa Penida. Upon arrival, we will continue exploring the western part of the island with the first visit to Kelingking beach, continue to Angel Billabong as well as broken beach. Noon time we will take you to crystal bay where you will have an ample time to relax. Late afternoon, we will return to Bali mainland with the same fashion as you came this morning. Evening at leisure.

During the high tides, the islet gets cut off from the mainland, creating the impression of the temple floating on the water.
