Accompanied road bike rides

Included

In the tyre tracks of the greatest champions, road-biking fans can tackle these stunning landscapes and differences in height. Depending on each individual rider's ability level, accompanied rides with qualified G.Os®, ranging from gentle rides to mountain stages. Material available during the outings: Road bikes for men and women, brand TIME model Alpe d'Huez with TIME automatic pedal and TIME shoes. The bikes are equipped with a water bottle holder (personal water bottle to bring).

High Intensity Training

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Training Soft

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Fauna & Flora hikes

Included

Spot a marmot or an ibex, look for an edelweiss to examine or understand the topography of the area are all challenges to be met during a hike. Your guide, who knows the areas intimately, will help you discover the mountain as it should be.

Lakes & Waterfalls hikes

Follow a river, reach a waterfall, stroll around a high-altitude lake... a few of the many objectives for invigorating hikes. Nature reveals itself in spectacular fashion with every step as you pass around a bend in the path or reach the top of a slope.

The heritage of the mountain villages is infinitely rich when it comes to culture, handicrafts and local flavours. From cheese making to wood carving, to the history and architecture of the area... your guide will share their knowledge and culture with you as you walk.

Well-being hikes

Combine walking and yoga, learn the benefits of medicinal plants of the mountain and meditate in the heart of a larch forest on wellness hikes that are both invigorating and purifying. Walks are a great way to reconnect with the elements and with yourself.

If you love nature, pedal your way to adventure. Hop in the saddle to explore the area on two wheels with your friends or family. Choose a fast or leisurely pace and enjoy a change of scenery on a guided ride over cross-country trails or downhill tracks. Material available during the outings: Adult mountain bikes: all-suspension Enduro type (150 to 160 travel fork) in 29 inch for Polygone model Enduro, and Rossignol 27.5 inch in size S model R duro. Children's mountain bikes, depending on age: 20-inch Racer rigid or 24-inch Junior semi-rigid.

Downhill Mountain Biking

Descend the trails on a mountain bike, learning to control your speed, turns and drops. Downhill mountain biking is a thrilling sport to enjoy in the heart of nature. The ascent is aided by the use of ski lifts. Once at the bottom, you can admire the path you have just travelled and slopes descended.

Introduction to the balance bike - Children

Stay upright, hold the handlebars, speed up a bit... the balance bike, like a normal bike but without pedals is perfect for learning to ride. From the age of 4, young children can begin riding on their own under the watchful eye of our G.O® experts.

Cardio-Training Room

Keep up your sports routine in a fully equipped gym.
