High Intensity Training

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Low-density Training

Wingfoil group lessons

Prepare to be tempted by this new board sport. Classes in small groups are offered three times a day (except Saturday). One or two G.Os® will support you and teach you the basics of this new sport that you can quickly become proficient in. The equipment is lightweight, which is a real advantage when you're learning and in terms of autonomy.

Yoga, a daily practice

Take a step back from the busy world outside, at sunrise and sunset in the shade of the palapa. Every morning, gently reawaken your body and start the day in a state of calm and well-being. Try out aerial yoga in the fitness room*. This hybrid form of yoga requires the use of a hammock and combines yoga, Pilates and dance. End the day with a yoga session at sunset in the shade of the palapa and treat yourself to a unique moment of relaxation.

Bachata dance class

Included

Bachata was originally romantic music of the Dominican Republic, played by several guitars (three or four), accompanied by percussion (bongo, maracas, guiro) and a bass. Since 1999, the Spanish started to dance the bachata (which resembles the salsa)...followed by other nationalities!

Merengué dance class

Included

Today the Merengue is often associated to salsa because numerous salsa movements are more easily made in Merengue. People dance the Merengue more or less all over the American continent and in the West of Europe. The Merengue has existed in Haiti and the Dominican Republic since the middle of the 18th century. One of the characteristics of this dance is the very pronounced movement of the hips.
