This activity is done in the sea, close to the shore. You stand on a large surfboard and paddle, the difficulty being to keep your balance (it was originally done lying on the board, a bit like surfing).

Choose singles or doubles, smash contests or a relay where everyone takes a turn with a paddle. Open up to the possibilities of the game and enjoy yourself. The noise of the tiny bouncing ball is a great beat to accompany your games with family or friends.

Beach volleyball

The Arlet coves by the sea

Head to Rocher du Diamant and learn about the fascinating history of this geological formation that was once the site of volcanic activity. The Salines beach by the sea

Sail to Grande Anse des Salines on a speed boat. Along the way, you can check out places such as Anse Moustique, Tata beach and the Salines coconut plantation. Snorkeling - guided diving outings

Head off from the marina aboard the catamaran to one of the two diving sites: Caye des Boucaniers or Pointe Borgnese. The underwater world is spectacular and varied here. Fish and corals of every colour will appear before your eyes. And, if you're lucky, you might even see a turtle or a seahorse. There are no boat trips on Saturday morning. Instead, there's a beach clean up to collect waste and keep the coastline clean.

Aquafitness

Smoothly follow a series of exercises in the pool with this aquafitness course. Your lightness in the water allows you to perform fluid and tonic movements rhythmically to music.

Discovery of the basics around two areas of learning. Knowledge and handling of the controls. First foilboard flights. 1st day: introduction to the equipment (wing), analysis of the spot, handling and familiarisation with the wing controls, steering/propulsion/balance on a board with an extra-wide fin, and first turns. 2nd day: introduction to the equipment (foilboard), familiarisation with the foilboard towed by a water scooter. Controlling the board's plate by spreading the weight with your movements to gradually start flying over the water without worrying about the wing. Safety instructions.

Wingfoil - Refresher course

Objectives: first flights on the foilboard, windward lift, jibe and tack. Introduction to pumping on calm water and first steps in swell surfing. Days 1,2 and 3: reinforcement and reminder of benefits of experience, designing an individual progress plan. Improving technique, controlling the foilboard plate, trajectory, speed, posture and positions. Discovering the basics of jibe and tack, approach, attitude, trajectory and acceleration. First steps in swell surfing with wing released to use the slope only.
