Being the second biggest island of the archipelago, the spirit of Aloha reigns here. The rhythm of life is slower than in the other areas of Hawaii, which are more lively. Its rainy forests, beaches, waterfalls and legendary sundawns attract the travellers by thousands. The surf is also very popular, along with pretty much all of the other nautical activities possible. A visit in the incredible city of Lahaina, by the Lahaina Historic Trail, opens up to a historical visit of the city and Hawaii. During the winter, you should take a moment to go on a whale observation cruise.
You probably already had the chance to admire the landscapes of Maui already in movies such as Hulk, Die Another Day (James Bond) and in a couple of scenes from Jurassic Park.
