Glad to go back

Third time for us to go to Club Med Kiroro Peak. Great choice for a family holiday. My daughter had great fun and already missing to go back now.

Fabulous again!

This was our second stay at Kiroro Peak and we have already booked for next year! Everything is fantastic from the ski in/out to the food to the rooms to the staff and GO's. As it's now an exclusive resort, everything is of a superior quality. We didn't think it could get better from last year! Although it didn't snow the week we were there, there was so much snow and the skiing was fantastic. We love the included group ski lessons where we got to pick up some more skills and equally loved skiing with family/friends. There are no queue's for the lifts and it is literally ski in/out so could not be easier. The rooms are comfortable, well decorated, and the bed is so comfortable. We loved the pillow menu and the Nescafe coffee machine in the room. There was no need for us to have the free snacks/soft drinks in the bar fridge as there was always plenty of food on offer in the bar/restaurant. The staff at the bar area are always so helpful and accomodating Special mention to Ling, Yusuf and Alex for their brilliant service and friendly smiles. Lucas is just the best - we loved his outfits and huge smiles. There genuinely is free French champagne after 6pm in the evenings. The food in the restaurant is unbelievable. The quality and variety are exceptional and the chef's are so friendly and accomodating. The service was great and special mention to Gokham (he always has the biggest smile), Gita Elsa and Yosuki for looking after our table of 9 and always being so friendly. Diana at reception also ensured that any questions we had were answered. Our only regret is that we have to wait until next year to get back to Kiroro Peak!

come here for SOFT AND POWDERY snow and DELICIOUS YUMMY RICE BOWLS

the views and weather are nice. the snow is very soft and powdery - very suitable for making snow animals and for playing - very scenic and pretty. food is nice (PLEASE TRY the sashimi rice bowls with ikura and the noodles - any type - soooooo good i highly recommend)

Dont come

Surprised at the number of good ratings for this resort. I’m here now and I would say it’s ok but not great. View is good, skiing acitivities are fine. Very limited non skiing activities although I guess that is understansable. There is no pool on the premises and just one restaurant (yes that means you eat at the same place 3 meals a day for the entire duration of your trip). I found the level of service left a lot to be desired.

Incredible stay !

We have just returned from a week at Club Med Kiroro Peak. Our family of four including two teenagers (17 and 13) had the most fabulous time. The hotel itself is gorgeous with open spaces and is kept absolutely spotless. The facilities are modern and feel new. Our room was beautiful. From the moment you arrive everything is done for you. It’s the easiest holiday you will ever have with equipment hire, ski lessons and passes and all food included. Kiroro peak is part of Club Med Exclusive Collection and they have achieved an incredible level of service at this resort in all areas. The food is plentiful and consistently good. The evening shows are also lots of fun and everyone gets involved and has a great time. I’d like to point out particular G.O’s who went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal. In the ski rental shop I would like to thank Maxime who was able to come up with the best way to accommodate me as I’m quite small. He really thought about what would work and achieved an outcome that helped me ski with no leg or foot pain which has never happened before . I want to thank James Lee Assistant Manager who was incredibly passionate about his job and went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed. In the ski school we would love to mention Bryan who taught my son . He was a fantastic instructor who was very good and clear at explaining techniques in the high ski level classes. He dramatically improved our son’s skiing and made the lessons so much fun my son wanted to keep coming back to the lessons. Ciaran who taught my daughter and I - We had so much fun during his classes and he was able to teach us new techniques and help us improve a lot and become more confident skiers. Emily who is also a gifted teacher and challenged us to try harder runs and gave us tips on how to manage some steeper slopes. Montague- thanks for being so welcoming , a fun day of skiing and great with the kids. Tatiana- the Chief of the Village made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. She is an incredible manager who does her job with professionalism, poise and sincerity. Yosuke- always looked after us. She was very accommodating, helpful and friendly with a warm smile. Henry- wonderful person and incredibly experienced ski instructor. He was fantastic with our kids and we can’t say enough about how welcome he and his wife Midori made us feel. We enjoyed their company so much and we had many great laughs over meals together. Tomas - funniest guy! It was an absolute pleasure to have met him . Spending time with him hearing stories of his work and travels and so many tips and pieces of skiing advice. We will miss you ! Now I save the two people till last that I wanted to give the biggest thanks of all … Vincent and Ahmet the chefs. Our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they were the two most caring people that absolutely made our holiday. For every single meal they were making sure that her food was Coeliac safe. Everything she ate was delicious and we cannot thank them enough. We will be back Club Med - thank you !
