In the neighboring valley of Zermatt, Saas-Fee lives somewhat in the shadow of the Valais superstar. But the Swiss are familiar with “the Pearl of the Alps”: more modest but nevertheless grandiose, it reaches 3500 m and its pedestrian village is as pleasant to explore as it is more affordable to frequent. Saas-Fee offers 150 kilometers of ski slopes, ranging from blue to black, thus providing a unique experience for skiers, with a backdrop of 13 peaks over 3500 meters high!

Introduction of Mandatory ETIAS Permit for Travels to Europe
Starting mid-2025, every Canadian traveler planning to visit Europe will be required to possess an ETIAS permit. This is the European Travel Information and Authorization System, implemented by the European Union.

Please note that this permit costs 7 euros per person, and the process can take up to 30 days for approval.
It is also mandatory to have a passport that remains valid for at least 3 months after your departure date from Europe. Without this, entry at the European border will be denied.
