TRAIN TRANSFER INFO
You must print all the coupons included in your travel documents. You will be asked to show them when you arrive at the station.
One coupon per person, per segment.
If you have a segment with the "Glacier Express", it will combine all passengers booked on the same coupon..
There is also a baggage transfer service from the airport to your destination when traveling by train ( for a more comfortable trip). You'll need to go to the airport baggage counter to coordinate it before boarding your train. For further information and prices: https://www.sbb.ch/en/station-services/before-your-journey/luggage/flight-luggage/zurich-with-swiss/zurich-from-station.html Once you've arrived at Tash station, you'll need to change trains for the last segment (from Tash to Zermatt village) and contact your hotel to arrange for their electric shuttle to pick you and your baggage up. Some hotels offer this service free of charge, otherwise you can use the free bus stop in front of the station to get as close as possible to your hotel. The reverse exercise is also necessary at the end of your stay.
