Most Steamboat hotels and condominiums offer guests private shuttle service throughout Steamboat Springs, and many offer on-demand transportation service as well. The city also has a comprehensive system of FREE transportation between the ski area and downtown as well as lodging, dining, shopping and entertainment locations.

A big bonus is also that children 12 and under ski and rent free when parents/grandparents purchase lift tickets and/or rent equipment for 5 days or more. The resort also offers a Kid’s Vacation Center, and is one of the premier kids’ facilities in the U.S. aimed not only at teaching skiing and snowboarding, but teaching kids in particular. The programs are truly designed around taking care of children aged 6 months to 6 years in a safe, nurturing and fun environment.
