High Intensity Training
Included
Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.
Low-density Training

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.
ESS group ski lessons for kids

The ESS instructors accompany the youngest in their learning to ski year after year. From snowplough to first tricks, progress is always rewarded with iconic medals. The children are divided into groups of a similar level.

ESS group snowboard lessons for Kids & Teens

Learn to master your board, do a series of tricks, try a few jumps and make beautiful turns... snowboarding is more than just a sport, it's almost a way of life. Younger learners progress quickly under the supervision of specialist ESS instructors. In small groups by skill level, they learn, progress and quickly start to enjoy themselves. The aim? To become an "Izzy Rider"!
ESS group ski lessons for teens

Between teenagers, the adventure is within reach of a spatula. Everything is designed for their pleasure and their need for freedom in complete safety. Divided by level, the teens enjoy the joys and sensations of the mountain under the watchful eye of the instructor.

Looking forward to a quiet dinner with your partner or with friends ? You can entrust them to our experienced G.O. They will have a dinner and be able to take part in fun activities, while you enjoy your meal in peace.
Family show time

Temporarily suspended. Sit back and enjoy the show: your children are about to take to the stage. Depending on the Resort, there might be dancing, singing, circus acts and more. Your little ones take centre stage, costumed and directed by their G.Os. When the crowd applauds, you can feel the pride in the room.

ESS group ski lessons for adults
Included
A course for every level of skill. From learning to ski to off-piste skiing, the instructor will give you technical advice and help you explore the ski area. You'll be in a group with a similar skill level, so you can enjoy the mountains and skiing to the full. Experienced skiers can try cross-country skiing as an introduction or full-on, for half a day, if snow conditions allow.
Snowboard lessons by ESS instructors

Looking for new boarding sensations? Snowboarding is both a sport and a way of life. Learn with ESS instructors who are specialists in the discipline, and make fast progress in small groups with the same skill level. Mix and match your activities depending on the weather conditions and the area. Freeride, freestyle, jumps, powder... you can snowboard in complete freedom.
Cross country skiing group lessons by ESS instructors

Class 1: this is your first experience of cross-country skiing; Class 2: you are confident using the classic style with alternating poles, and the downhill snowplough technique; Class 3: you can use the classic style with alternating poles over varied terrain - some knowledge of skate-skiing.

Team Rider
Included
The Team Rider teen programme allows skiers of class 3 and above to switch between different ways of skiing, gliding and learning different techniques. You can choose moguls, jumps, skiing at the edge of the slopes, slalom, skicross, routes through the forest and powder skiing. Equipped with the latest equipment, teenagers are also introduced to and learn awareness of mountain safety.

If you love spotless, untouched outdoor scenery and enjoy spotting animal tracks in the snow, feed your appetite for adventure with an outing in the mountains. The rattle of snowshoes on the ground pierces the forests of peaceful, snow-covered pine trees in a muted ambiance. During the week, you'll get the opportunity to add a bit of rhythm to your excursions, with a Nordic Walking session. Depending on snowfall conditions, you may also be able to go hiking.

Best ski trip ever
The slopes on this mountain were some of the most wide and enjoyable slopes i have been on. They are well groomed and good to ski on without people in the way. The service in the hotel after a long day of skiing is also extraordinary and well organized. The best part about these mountains are how close they are to the resort. You ride a quick bus and you are at the mountain ready for a exciting day of skiing.

The worst family travel experience in our lives!
We booked our stay in ClubMed StMoritz for 3 days expecting to leave our smallest son in the mini-club while the rest of the family enjoyed their first ski lesson. No one told us that there would be no activities in the mini-club during the weekend (so my wife had to stay in the resort with our child) and that there would be no ski lessons during the weekend (we had to pay for a private instructor and transportation to another ski area). In summary we paid for services that we did not receive and no one cared to explain about it during the reservation process (directly with ClubMed) or during the check-in. This will be probably be our last stay ever in a ClubMed.

St. Moritz Spring Vacation
A nice last week of March vacation to close out the season. Although a tad outdated, the resort staff and food were on point. The busing or hikes in full ski gear to the trams was off putting, no ski-in or out here. Founded in 1964, this particular Club Med may seem old but has character and charm, much like the beautiful town it resides in.

Went alone for a week of snowboarding. The resort is a bit old and would need a refreshment. But need to say that the staff definitely made all possible to compensate the structure! A big thank to Gianfranco, he was everywhere! Always a nice word and took time to chat. The food is very good and every day you can find something new. I’m quite picky. The pasta was always delicious! Be prepared to put a couple ok kg ;-) The bar staff were always smiling and proposing you new cocktails when you had no clue was to order. A big thanks to Sara. Thanks to Giulia for the discussions after a day on the slopes. To summarize, it is definitely a place to go. The ski domain is very nice. Structure needs a big refresh, but a stated before, the staff did all they could to make a wonderful stay in s.Moritz
