Experienced skiers can try cross-country skiing as an introduction or full-on, for half a day, if snow conditions allow.

Wonderful ski vacation with family and friends
Outstanding experience, in particular the mountain - ski in/out facilities, lessons for adults + kids, and kids club were all first rate. The food and hotel were also terrific. Only two suggestions - 1. They could expand the cocktail menu, in particular for seasonal options and 2. Add more EV charging stations, only 2 at the hotel and I had a 3 day wait for my turn Wonderful visit and looking forward to returning!

Terrific ski resort option for families
The hotel is gorgeous; amazing design and variety of spaces. By far the most design-forward Club Med we’ve visited; really gives a luxe vibe. GO/fitness instructor Anaïs was amazing; great class and she sat with my family one night and connected with everyone so well. Ski school was well-run and I appreciated Arthur at Mini Club helping us arrange for our daughter to get food she’d like for lunch. The rooms were very comfortable and we appreciate CM as the only resort that caters to families with children, especially with more than 2 kids! We had the interconnecting rooms, so the kids had a sofa bed and two twin beds, with a curtain in between, and we had a normal hotel room. It was freezing when we visited but manageable on the mountain since it wasn’t windy. The ski conditions were the best we’ve ever seen, Colorado included. We also went snow-shoeing with a guide (affiliated with Le Massif but organized through CM); Juliet was awesome and we had a great time with her! The biggest disappointments were with non-ski activities. My big kids (12/14) kept trying to go to the teen Club World but it was often closed even during listed open hours. There were no teen activities that we could find outside of general stuff like ping-pong tournaments. There’s just very little to do besides skiing and ping pong. We were all exited for the pool but the water is way too cold, especially with the FRIGID air blasting in at the shallow end every time someone goes in or out for the hot tub. They desperately need a curtain or double door to keep the cold air out. We talked to staff and my husband called CM corporate to ask why they can’t heat the pool to a sufficient temperature and we were told that company policy says all pools can only be heated to the same temperature. Wild, since an 80° pool in the Caribbean when it’s 90° out is very different from 80° in a 68° room with literal sub-zero air blasting through every five minutes. The kids were blue with cold and I couldn’t bear to get in the water. Club Med needs to make policies for their ski resorts that make sense for those locations; they can’t treat tropical and ski resorts as one type of property for this type of policy. In addition, the teens were sad that they couldn’t go in the hot tub; maybe allow 12+ during certain hours?

Teenclub was so fun
Woow vacation with teenclub was so fun. We do a lot of different activity. We were all the time with Aladdin and Noémie. They are crazy, so funny and energic. Salif the supervisor is so nice. We have so much fun with the family show. thank you Francis for your energy at the show. Thank again to Aladdin and Noémie to be so funny with us.

This was our first all-inclusive winter vacation. It's shocking there isn't more of these resorts in the USA. We stayed for 5 nights and cost approximately $3200. We believe this is a great cost versus value because you not only have drinks and food included, but have 4 days of skiing which is approximately $100 per person/day. Not much of a wine selection but food was great! Entertainment was fun. The two main negatives are: 1. For a ski resort in the mountains, they do not have a large heated outside hot tub/pool. Most resorts will have a heated pool/hot tub outside, not only to help with muscle aches after a day of skiing, but to be outside when its snowing and cold for the ambiance. There is a hot tub, however, it looks to be big enough for about 12 people. For a resort this size, you can only imagine how crowded it is. We did not go inside for that reason. 2. For a couple, without kids, this is not going to be a quiet, relaxing resort. There isn't a place in the resort that is quiet (except for in the Spa), to just relax, read a book, have a drink. It is totally understandable to have the main bar, stage area and room to be loud and full of people and kids. The only other area is the separate bar, which has awesome views of the St. Lawrence, but kids were constantly being loud and running around. Club Med is a family resort, however, there should be at least a small area for adults only.

Club Med - the ONLY way to ski with children in tow!
Amazing experience, exceeded all of our expectations. The food, the accommodations (we stayed in the Exclusive Space suites, which was totally worth the extra cost), the pool and spa, the enormous gym, the excellent group ski lessons, the perfect powder and snow conditions, the equipment, the programs, the FREE CHILDCARE! I could go on and on. I don't understand why anyone would put themselves through the torture of organizing a ski vacation themselves when Club Med literally does EVERYTHING for you. Oh, and you'll feel like you're in Europe with all the gorgeous people and their style! Lastly, we didn't come with friends, but we made many new ones there! The cherry on top of a fantastic holiday!
