Otaru canal cruise tour

A car will take GM from resort then first stop at Nikka Whisky, one of Japan's top whisky makers, with its main distillery in Yoichi. Nikka whiskies have been recognized to rank among the world's best single malt whiskies and have won numerous awards.The Yoichi Distillery maintains many of its original stone buildings which visitors are welcome to view. A self-guided walking tour of the grounds takes about an hour and follows the whisky making process from start to finish. To be followed by Otaru Canal Cruise tour, which is a must-do activity for visitors to Otaru. Otaru, once a thriving gateway to Hokkaido, boasts a rich historical heritage from that era. During this leisurely 40-minute cruise down the Otaru Canal, our captains will each share their unique perspectives on this history. Afterwards, the driver will also wait for G.M. to have walk in Otaru for some shopping/walking, then take G.M. back to resort.

The summit observation deck is listed as one star in "Michelin Green Guide” Japan. Afterwards, the driver will also wait for G.M. to have a walk in Otaru for some shopping/walking, then take G.M. back to resort.

A true getaway for city people
I had fantastic time at ClubMed Kiroro Peak and it has set a very high standards for winter holidays. Too many good reviews had been provided for this resort, it’s hard to add on anything else that has not already been mentioned. Nonetheless I would like share a few highlights: 1. Amazing Ski & Snowboarding coaches for first timer: Yukari & Bryan (Ski) and Ivan (Snowboarding) Not only that they are patient to the learners, they are passionate and professional. I chatted with them in between classes, they are very cool and funny people to hang out with. Jaz, Briac and Alice from Ski rental were super helpful. They gave apt advice for someone like me who had never try the sport before. 2. Champagne, Cocktail and Food: Impeccable food choices and drinks, i literally feel guilty after non-stop eating/drinking for days. Bar tenders are like magicians who excel in mixology. 3. Lounge, Music & Game: Wonderful performance by John. He was great engaging the audience. King, another snowboarding coach takes care of the guests very well. 4. Seamless and thoughtful process for everything: you will not forget your room card when it’s tied to your wrist. It was easy for me to go for Onsen, Yoga or anything. Last but not least, I have met quite many great people (Guests, Staff and Coaches) who come from different backgrounds and stories. I can’t name all the Club Med team at Kiroro Peak. Thanks for making my stay a memorable one. All the best!

Loved the location and the snow facilities, and hey, no kids! But in short, wife fell sick for 2 days during our 6 day trip.. we knew the Norovirus was breaking out next door in Kiroro Grand, got a bit concerned at one point. but staff response was slow despite the fact that they should be on alert and ready for this. No response whatsoever from WhatsApp group during our stay, wonder why it was even offered.

We had a fantastic trip! Our ski instructor, Tommy, was incredibly patient and made our experience fun as he guided us through numerous slopes. Thanks to his teaching, we gained a lot of new skiing skills. I also want to highlight James Lee; on my second-to-last day, he approached me at dinner to gather feedback. I mentioned that I don’t eat seafood or lamb, and I had noticed the menu included too much seafood for my taste. The very next evening, the menu featured Japanese Wagyu steak along with a variety of other meat options. I greatly appreciate how attentive he was to my concerns. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

A great experience
I had an amazing time at Club Med Joyview Beidahu! The resort offers a fantastic skiing experience with great facilities and a wonderful atmosphere. A special thanks to Coach king—his teaching skills are outstanding! He is patient, professional, and makes learning both fun and effective. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your skills, he’s the perfect instructor to guide you. Overall, Joyview Beidahu and Coach Niu made my ski trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!

2nd year in CM Kiroro but 1st time at CM Peak. Peak is cozy with tasty food and good drinks; and most importantly comfortable bed. The ski experience is superb. My husband and I started with Club2 with a class of 9 classmates. We’ve met a very experienced ski coach Guy Cantrel, who’s like a father to all of us. He’s patient, encouraging and a super cool coach by arranging small practices to fix our poses with feedbacks ! We found out he’s Head of Ski Trainer CM Japan and he usually teaches ski instructors instead ! We are so lucky. Almost all of us stayed tgt for three days with the guidance of Guy and on our third day, we’ve been promoted to Club4 and tried almost all red slopes. It was Guy’s patience to help us stay together and learn from each other. P.S. it’s kind of a destiny to have Guy being our coach as we bumped into each other on the first day at the bus station in Otaru but we didn't know he would be our coach ! Anyways, Guy made me like this sport again!
