A minimum of 24 passengers is required to confirm the departure of each group with companions. If the minimum number of passengers has not been reached by the deadline allowed on file, a full cash refund or credit towards another trip will be offered to those who have already confirmed at their convenience.

Seat selection is not permitted for this group promotion. Seat selection can be made on the Air Canada website 24 hours prior to departure. Advance online check-in is not permitted for Air Transat group bookings. Access is blocked for an indefinite period to comply with the law on customer data confidentiality.
