His traditional design offers Bermuda grass covered fairways softly going down to the old pines lining the course.  Located on the American coast, the course offers many hazards and pits to challenge golfers. The Pine Hills isn’ t only a part of the Golf Digest’s Top 10 Best Courses of Myrtle Beach,but it’s also the only Grand Strand course designed by the famous Arthur Hills, which services were often reserved to redesign old courses for events like PGA or USGA.  His smart use of the hillocks and the strategic location of water hazards made Pine Hills a modern piece of art filled with wavy paths and generous greens, offering all level golfers the best surface ever.
