Visit the MUSEO KAH KOW, where the hologram of Christopher Columbus will tell you how he introduced cocoa to the kings of Spain, and taste with your 5 senses the different cocoas produced by the finca Esmeralda, which produces some of the finest organic cocoa in the world. Their customers include LINDT and VALHRONA. Continue on to the MUSEO DEL RON DOMINICANO, the Rum and Sugar Cane Museum, an interesting source of information on part of Dominican history and the various tools used over the centuries to extract the cane juice needed to make our famous rum. The museum captivates all visitors who enter the various rooms, going back in time to discover this ancient history. And, of course, finish off with a rum tasting!
