Gift certificate and travel credit
When using your gift certificate or your travel credit, contact a booking agent to be made aware of the terms of use. Be sure to have the serial number of your certificate nearby. No reservations or reduction will be applied if the booking agent does not have the original gift certificate or travel credit on file.
Gift certificate
Nontransferable and not redeemable for cash. Certain conditions apply.
Travel credit
Applicable on exclusive Gendron Travel packages (skiing, golf, cycling, cruises and sun*)
Not applicable on a group departure, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
* Sun: Air Transat, Sunwing, Air Canada Vacations, Club Med and other wholesalers are excluded.
